Get to know our speakers:
Camila Lourenço is an Engineering Manager at OLX Group, where she leads a development team responsible for building solutions in EU Motors Unit for our Professionals users. Her focus is on helping the team deliver solutions with quality and at a healthy pace. Also, one of Camila’s main purpose is to help the engineers grow by supporting them in understanding their career aspirations and expectations. She has been working with technology since 2006 and moved to the management path in 2018. Camila is from Brazil, born and raised in São Paulo, but now lives in Portugal (Lisbon). She loves food, and one of her hobbies is discovering new restaurants.

Margarida Ruela is a Senior Product Manager at OLX Group where she leads the Consumer Selling Group in the EU Motors Unit. Her primary focus is on empowering teams to focus on solving the right customer and business problems. Prior to OLX Group, Margarida worked for more than 6 years at Feedzai, one of the Portuguese unicorns. During this period transformational period at the company, she took on different roles, from Data Scientist to Senior Product Director. Prior to Feedzai, Margarida worked as a functional analyst at Accenture. Margarida is Portuguese and lives in “Lisbon South Bay” (a.k.a. Margem Sul) where is able to enjoy long walks near the river (and, in case you did not notice, she is actively working on bringing more people to this side).

Sarah Kuizon is an Engineering Leader with more than 12 years of experience in fast-paced technology companies, wearing many different hats along the way. She is skilled at solving problems through creativity, insight, and by bringing the right people together. Her passion is to lead engineering teams towards their full potential, making software development enjoyable and giving them space to focus on their main goals. She’s also an ex-OLXer.
